Customer Care VR 3rd Level Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks


  • Play a key role in the installation and configuration of our VR systems, including mobile device management


  • Carry out detailed software and hardware testing, updates and fault diagnostics to ensure system quality.


  • You will optimise and document operational processes to improve the efficiency and quality of our services.


  • You will be responsible for technical (3rd level) customer support to assist customers with their requests.


  • You will support our Customer Care team with client system updates, including software and firmware updates at the client's site if necessary.

Your strengths


Education: Experience or training/study in the field of computer

science/technology/administration/system integration or

comparable qualification.

Experience: You have good general IT knowledge, including virtual

reality, network technology, Android and Microsoft.

We expect you to have a passion for IT & digitalisation, as well as a

goal-oriented and solution-oriented way of working, but also a

structured and analytical way of thinking.

Languages: Fluent German and good English skills (B2), both written

and spoken, are a prerequisite.

Personality & working style: We are looking for a dedicated and

team-orientated person with strong communication skills.


The position also requires a willingness to travel (class B driving

licence required).
