The CUREosity team has been growing steadily since our founding. We are happy to have been able to welcome new employees in the past weeks, who will actively support us in different areas from now on. We would like to briefly introduce our four newcomers.
Judtih Stemick – Quality & Medical Regulatory Manager
Judtih Stemick joined CUREosity in January 2022 as Quality & Medical Regulatory Manager, primarily supporting Dr. Petra Söhnlein's team. In the future, she will also be responsible for coordinating studies for CUREosity. She studied Molecular Medicine in Erlangen and finished her Master's degree in 2017. She then completed her PhD in Molecular Neurology at the University Hospital Erlangen, conducting research on neurodegenerative movement diseases such as Parkinson's and Huntington's disease. With her expertise, her interest in neurological movement diseases and her drive to improve the quality of life for affected patients, she is a perfect fit for our team.
Sven Meyer – Account Manager
Sven Meyer started his journey at CUREosity also in January this year as Account Manager and supports the sales team. His main tasks include acquiring new customers in acute and rehabilitation clinics, maintaining existing customers and conducting negotiations. He also visits potential customers on site and presents our VR therapy system CUREO. He graduated from the University of Wuppertal with a bachelor's degree in health economics and management. He then studied Health Care Management at the University of Greifswald and successfully completed his studies with a Master of
Science. With this professional knowledge he complements our sales team perfectly.
Levent Kandemir – Data Scientist
Levent Kandemir joined CUREosity in January 2022 as a data scientist to develop digital assessment tools to analyze and effectively visualize therapy data. In the long term, he will also work on researching and developing new methods to continue improving therapy with CUREO. He is a biomedical engineer by training and has his master's degree in medical informatics. He is also a PhD student in computer science with a focus on data analysis and neuroscience. Thanks to his academic and industrial experience, he enriches us with more than 10 years of experience in pre-processing, transformation and analysis of physiological data.
Fiona Rigutto – Sales Assistant Netherlands
Fiona Rigutto has already joined CUREosity in December 2021 and works part-time in the sales team. She comes from the city of Tilburg, which is located in the Netherlands, and will support us in the future, especially in entering the Dutch market. Her expertise from her medical bachelor from the University of Amsterdam as well as her communication skills are an excellent combination to convince Dutch clinics and practices of CUREO.
We are excited to have all of these new talents join us and are sure that a successful collaboration lies ahead!
